In case you've come to this page to check out my portfolio or my general vibes for hiring purposes, know that this gallery is not up-to-date and likely won't be in the foreseeable future. If you want a more current indication of what I'm up to, I'd suggest checking out my Twitter, or whatever other social media has come to usurp it by the time you're reading this. I go by Epifex virtually everywhere, so finding me should be a doddle.

As the years have gone by I've found my energy and time being demanded by many other priorities, and sadly I cannot devote the same kind of love to this gallery as I could when I was a teen. The abundant free time and lack of responsibilities are regrettably a thing of the past, and as such I have found myself checking my profile on here less and less frequently, and uploading even rarer than that.

Despite the low chances of updates for the foreseeable future, and the variable quality and content of the art that represents me in this gallery, I intend to leave it up with minimal curation for as long as circumstances allow, as a monument to the many fond memories and friends that I can directly attribute to my time on Deviantart growing up. This site was a social and educational hub on which I formed countless bonds that changed the course of my life and continue to do so to this day, and I have too much affection for my experiences on this account to consider deleting it, despite my inactivity.

Over time the disparity in quality between the content of this gallery and my more current work will only grow larger. This is, in my opinion, a good thing. My hope is that for whatever entertainment you do or don't derive from my older art, it can at least serve as something of a time capsule of my progress as both an artist and a human being. The beauty of art is, after all, that it can persevere beyond the context in which it was formed, and continue to have meaning and value well past the point of its creation. If my growth can inspire you, or my mistakes can warn you, or my art can entertain you, then I'll consider all the years of love and ridiculousness I invested into this site well worth it.
